I have just encountered some people that happened to be from different parts of the Africa area that I thought they wanted friendships but really they eventually started to beg for money and I couldn't do that and then they accuse me of not caring.

I just really would like to know why is it that there are some people from the Africa area that say they want to have a friendship but then eventually after a so-called friendship is starting to be built they start begging for money and whatever they don't get what they want they accuse you of not being caring.. ugh
